From 1.5 months there is no kaveri water supply in our area but water bill they send worst this is. So many of us went and complain from our road they r not bothered atall. Because of this our house water moter goan I had to spent 15000 and get new installed and already got tanker 4 times to fill up water each time they charge 800 rupees who will solve this problem.

We have been facing this type of problem for a long time. There is a severe shortage of water in our region. Due to which the people of our area is facing water problems these days. There is no water in their houses. Tabs remain dry throughout the day. Often the water pressure is very low. Hence, citizens have to suffer a lot. Many times residents have to hire private tankers to meet their daily water demands and pay more for this. The situation is getting worse out of bed here. It has become very difficult for women to wash clothes and complete their household chores. People have to go to the offices there without bathing. We have complained several times but the action has not been taken yet. I hope you will take the immediate response and effective steps to solve this problem. Your faithfully Ahamedulla khan..

While appreciating the water supply management arresting of several leakage in Jayamahal- Nandidurga area, I wish to bring the following for clarification/ action It is about mushroom growth of borewells in Nandidurga extension. Most of the houses rebuilt have borewell and up coming constructions try to dig borewell invariably, although there is good water supply.There is a Good Samaritan group who go post to pillar and stop this activity. Even staff in BWSSB office in area appear helpless for reasons best known to them.It would be nice if the rule regarding borewell is displayed in appropriate places for public information and suitable action taken for rules violations if any by conducting drives. Even the rig owners should be aware of the core area where the borewells are not permitted.

Date:- 17 - April - 2023 I'm sharing an incident that has happened today. Usually BWSSB people do a fine work. Our locality is near PSK Naidu Road. So the drainage was blocked as usual. 1) We have been contacting them for past 1 week. They came today. They claimed that their vehicle was under repair. 2) One of the worker has spoken some inappropriate words to my grandmother today. I wasn't there at that moment to voice out. This worker comes under MR Mallappa mali. This message is given here to convey that we are calm citizen it doesn't mean that we will always be quite. Let this be for the first and last time.

From Kathriguppe area.. We raise complaint through 1916, even AE will be assigned for each complaint, but no one checks whether complaint has been resolved or not, they are least bothered to resolve complaint... No proper monitoring system in place for complaint raised through 1916, and for drainage issue if we raise complaint, one bwssb staff visit location by parking vehicle in next road, he checks how much drainage is blocked and fixes rate like (3500/- to 4000/- ) or even more is blockage is more, and if we convince to reduce some amount and if that BWSSB staff think's the amount fixed works for them, then they bring drainage clearing van with jet machine, the staff's are so rude and if we say that we complain to AE, then they say not to raise complaint in future and they are not going to come next time.

My problem of excess water billing since 5 months has been got solved today from the Sahakarnagar office of AEE(North 1).Our problem got the serious attention of the concerned after attending the Chairman's Phone-in-program on 7th October. We are thankful to the Chairman ,AEE and staff of Sahakarnagar office (North1 Sub Division).
